LANDS END TO JOHN O'GROATS
CYCLE RIDE 2009

THE CHALLENGE
On Saturday 22nd August 2009 4 friends from Exeter in Devon will attempt to cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats.
We aim to complete the challenge in 9 days.
The total distance to be covered over the 9 days is 921 miles.
We will have no back up support.
We are staying in pre booked hotels and guest houses.
WHY?
It seemed like a good idea at the time discussing it over a few beers down the local pub one Saturday evening.
The main reason for completing this challenge is to raise money for charity. We are supporting two charities, Interface Uganda (www.interfaceuganda.co.uk) and Force Cancer Charity (www.forcecancercharity.co.uk).
